If you like to return your order, it is important to select the reason why you would like to return your order and follow the return intructions.
1. The product has arrived damaged or incomplete.
We have a different procedure for damaged or incomplete items, If your parcel has arrived damaged/incomplete please email us as soon as possible after receipt of the parcel before sending your product.
Please include in your email a picture of the product and your order number so we can resolve this for you as soon as possible.
2. It does not meet my expectations / wrong item has been delivered / article doesn't fit / parcel arrived too late.
We are sorry to hear that the product or the delivery does not meet your expectations.
Please follow the Return Instructions:
- You can return the product within the trial period of 30 days. The product must be undamaged and in the original condition packed in the pouch or packaging, as it was delivered in.
- Please send the package slip and the return form with the return shipment, without this information our warehouse cannot link the return shipment to your order and we will not be able to issue your refund. You are not obliged to use the return form, but we do need to know information like your ordernumber to be able to know where to send the refund to.
- Please tick the reason for the return on the return form.
- For the address, please use the address on the package slip and include it in the parcel. If the product is damaged/incomplete on arrival, please follow step 1.
- We advise you to send the parcel with Track&Trace/insured and to pack the product efficiently to avoid damage when sending it.; please note to save the postage receipt until you receive the refund. You are responsible for the shipment of the return.
- We will refund your money within 14 days after we have received and processed the return shipment, provided the product is in its original condition.
