Please know that if the reason for the return is a defect, you should contact our customer care team first so they can provide you with the quickest solution.

If you simply did not like the product and returned it according to the return instructions inside the parcel, you did everything right! Please know that international shipments can take a little longer to reach us. However, if you haven't received a return confirmation email from us 2 weeks after you have returned (part of) your order, please contact our customer care team with the tracking information of the return shipment and the carrier you used to ship the parcel.

Once you have received the email confirming your return shipment, please know that it can take up to 2 weeks for us to refund your money. You will receive a confirmation of the refund as soon as the refund was processed.
