  • a description of the defect,
  • a picture of the defect (if visible),
  • reference number of your order or a copy/picture of the receipt
  • the name and place of the shop where you bought your watch,
  • the details of your address and your phonenumber

Based on this information we will be able to further assist you. Please keep the defective item in your possession until further notice, since you may be asked to return it to us, in which case we will provide you with the return instructions.
