Once you have received the email confirming your return shipment, please know that it can take up to 2 weeks for us to refund your money. You will receive a confirmation of the refund as soon as the refund was processed.


In the event that this period has passed and you did not receive your refund, please contact us and provide us with the tracking number and postal carrier used to return your product.  We will investigate this further for you and inform you as soon as possble.
