Due to the enormous amount of orders we received over the past Black Friday weekend our systems and warehouse are having trouble to process them all. This means:
- your order will get to you, but it will take longer
- it may also take up until the 12th of December before you receive an email with a tracking link
- all carriers are flooded with orders, so delivery also takes longer
Please be patient, your order will get to you. The tracking link will be sent to you automatically when it leaves our warehouse. We cannot give you any more information and as we are also flooded with lots of requests around these orders, we are not able to answer you as quick as we would like. Just hang in there; your order and our response will get to you!
