We kindly ask you to contact our customer service before returning your parcel.  

Please send an email to care@cluse.com and follow the next few steps:

  • In case of a damaged product: Please send us an email with your order number, a picture of the defect product (if possible) and your address. We will contact you as soon as possible with the next steps.
  • In case of an incomplete order: Please send us an email with your order number, a picture of the damaged / empty parcel / box and the CL-Code of the missing product. Please keep the (damaged) box until further notice. The carrier could pick it up later for further investigations.
