When your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link, with this you can track the status of your shipment. If you press the button in the email you will see the actual status of the delivery. The order is sent from our warehouse in Germany to a shipping carrier, after which the information in the tracking link should become visible. In some cases it may take up to three business days before the information is updated. Only then the tracking will show the local carrier's shipping information.
If the tracking status has not been updated, or your parcel seems not to be moving for more than three business days, we kindly request you to
