If you didn't return  your order with our Returns Portal, you can keep a track of it with the tracking information provided by the carrier. Please note that the return will first be delivered at a local distribution point, from where the package will be sent to our warehouse in Germany. You will be refunded only when the return arrives at our warehouse in Germany.
