CLUSE grants a two-year warranty period on its watches and jewellery.

Warranty can only be claimed if you have purchased your watch on our website ( or through one of our official retail channels. For more information, please have a look at our Terms and Conditions: 

The warranty covers only the watch mechanism. It doesn't apply if the damage has occurred as a result of a fall or a drop. Normal wear and tear due to use and aging is not covered. Please don't take your watch for a swim or hold it under water; this is also not covered by our warranty.
