CLUSE grants a two-year warranty period on its watches and jewellery.

Warranty can only be claimed if you have purchased your watch on our website (cluse.com) or through one of our official retail channels. For more information, please have a look at our Terms and Conditions: https://cluse.com/terms 


The warranty covers only the watch mechanism. It doesn't apply if the damage has occurred as a result of a fall or a drop. Normal wear and tear due to use and aging is not covered. Please don't take your watch for a swim or hold it under water; this is also not covered by our warranty.
