In case of absence, or difficulties with the delivery, the carrier will drop off your package at the access/pickup point. Note that only the carrier can take the decision to deliver your package at a pickup point. We advise you to check your tracking link to see the most recent information on the delivery. 

If your parcel has been delivered to a pickup point, this will show in the tracking information. If you are not able to collect your parcel, it will be returned to us. Please contact our Customer Care team when the tracking states that the order is being returned to sender.
