For returns from outside the EU we advise to make use of UPS as a carrier. If you would like to return items, kindly ensure that you check up on the international regulations on documentation for import/export before returning your parcel.
Unfortunately we are unable to support any failed returns that did not comply with the regulations. As per our return policy, when returning an order from outside the EU the customer bears responsibility for the arranging and cost of the return. CLUSE will not reimburse return costs.
